How many prophets and messengers in general who were mentioned in the Qur’an and who were not mentioned?

The answer is:  twenty five

Twenty-five prophets and messengers are mentioned in the Holy Qur’an, and after them there remain seven prophets and messengers who are not mentioned by name. Our Prophet Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, is considered the last prophet who was sent to correct the crooked matters in the religion and complete Islam for us. God Almighty sent these prophets and messengers to call people to His oneness and scatter them away from everything that led them astray from the field of truth and righteousness. It is not important to raise religious disputes regarding the number of prophets and who is the best among them. Rather, it is believed that God sent His messengers to guide us and manage our affairs in the best way, which is the tolerant way with good morals and equal justice for all.
