The sixth day serves boiled meat with little or no salt, a salad with flax seeds for lunch, and a plate of shawarma without any type of bread for dinner.

The week ends with boiled chicken with a plate of salad and yogurt for lunch on the seventh day, and dinner includes three slices of beef mortadella alongside Activia yoghurt.

To reach the desired health goals, you can follow some simple and effective guidelines that help improve your diet and fitness:
